The Fundraising Page of The Jacobi Family

This September, Brian, Felicity, Josie, and I will be cycling, running, and walking to raise funds and awareness for the Ronald McDonald House of Greater Hudson Valley. This organization provides housing and support to families whose children are facing critical illnesses. On a personal note, our friends & neighbors, Caroline and Kevin Hoffman, stayed at the house for over 70 nights while their young son Dylan bravely endured a three-years long health battle before passing away at the age of three. This year, we are joining their annual Dash for Dylan to honor Dylan’s memory and help their team raise $80,000 for the RMH. Please consider helping us support this terrific organization that in turn provides support to families in their most challenging moments. We’re including a link to our family’s fundraising page (all proceeds go to the same Team D-Man, named for Dylan Hoffman), and appreciate any contribution you might be willing to make.
