The Fundraising Page of The Jacobi Family

Dear Family and Friends, This September, we are excited and honored to log miles and raise funds in support of the Ronald McDonald House of Greater Hudson Valley and the mission and families they support. As most of you know, our dear friends, Caroline and Kevin Hoffman, often stayed at the house during their son Dylan’s much too short life. We hope to honor him on the tenth anniversary of his passing, and to support families who, like the Hoffmans, shouldn’t need to worry about housing when they are displaced to care for a sick child.
