Please help us support the Ronald McDonald House of the Greater Hudson Valley!! Speaking from first hand experience, we know how valuable the services the RMH provides are to families of medically fragile and critically ill children. Any support, such as spreading awareness about the RMH, volunteering at the RMH, or making a contribution through Team Jakob Superhero 5.0 to the RMH so that they can continuing doing what they do is so greatly appreciated!!
Three years ago I was blessed with the arrival of my twin girls, Kylie and Kelsey. They were born prematurely at 28 weeks, just 2 lbs each, but with the amazing care of the Westchester Medical Center NICU staff, the support of the Ronald McDonald House, along with family and friends, the girls are thriving! The girls spent 72 days in the NICU and I was truly blessed to spend each and every day with them because of the support and generosity of the Ronald McDonald House. Over those two plus months Kelsey and Kylie were in the NICU, the Ronald McDonald House provided me and my family and friends with a warm, caring environment in which I could rest between visits with the girls, in addition to snacks and meals to energize us while going back and forth to the NICU, along with activities and great company during a time that was stressful and sometimes lonely. We were fortunate that Kylie & Kelsey got stronger every day with the amazing dedication of the NICU staff, especially our primary nurse Nancy and favorite neonatologist Doctor Golombek, and with the support from the Ronald McDonald House staff and many volunteers! We will forever be grateful to Ronal McDonald House of the Hudson Valley and the Westchester Center NICU!
The RMH gave us a home away from home for over a month while our son fought his battle in the Maria Fareri NICU after being born at just 23 weeks. Our family owes the RMH the world for allowing us to spend day in and day out with Carson. Even though we didn’t get our happy ending, we will continue to honor our son’s short but beautiful life for the remainder of ours. We are forever grateful for the RMH of the Greater Hudson Valley who still to this day reminds us that our sweet baby is never forgotten. We are honored to be able to advocate for and support such an amazing organization that will continue to help future families who find themselves walking down that same unfortunate path of uncertainty.
Every step counts! I'm raising money to support families in their time of need and help Ronald McDonald House get one step closer to never having to turn any family away. Ronald McDonald House of the Greater Hudson Valley believes that when a child is sick, the entire family needs comfort and support. After all, families are stronger when they are together. This year their goal is to raise $50,000 to support children and families. Every dollar raised helps keep families close: close to the hospital and close to one another as they battle their child’s illness.
The Ronald McDonald House has been an amazing resource for my family. When I have had to be in the hospital, my parents and brother can stay there whenever they need to. It is just a short walk from the Maria Fareri Children's Hospital. Please help support this great cause by donating or joining us for the walk if you can!
We want to honor William, on the day before his birthday, by walking together to help other families like ours.
We walk in memory of our beautiful Riley Lynn. The Ronald McDonald House made sure Mom and Dad were taken care of so they could be strong enough to endure all the uncertainty they faced with a child born with difficulties.
The Ronald McDonald House program opened their arms to us this past January while our son Daniel was in the NICU. To say the feeling of being overwhelmed with emotions is an understatement. Having a child in the hospital is an incredibly difficult time for any family and the RMH program does so much to support your family during this time of need. The Staff at the RMH greater Hudson Valley were so welcoming and gave us a sense of comfort and stability. We would love to show our appreciation for this great program and its amazing staff by raising awareness for this fundraiser.
We are walking for our hero Chase and to support The RMH of the HV. The Ronald McDonald House has been our home away from home starting when our Chase was in the NICU at Maria Fareri Children’s Hospital and a few times after that. This organization helps support so many families during times where they need it most. It’s been an honor and a blessing to be a part of the RMH Family for the last 8 years! Go Team Chase!
Tyler’s Team is in support of our Grandson Tyler. This boy is such an extraordinary fighter, and such a little love! I’ve volunteered for RMH for over 10 years now but never expected to be staying there at the House. One year ago our Tyler was born. It was such a scary time for our whole family. But, with the help and support of the RMH our journey was made a lot easier. We are so very thankful for this home away from home.
The Levy's are jumping for joy to be participating in this year's Footsteps For Families. We are inspired by all the special and courageous families from the Ronald McDonald House of the Greater Hudson Valley.

Our team is about disability rights and we are motivated to encourage the next generation to see disability as human diversity rather than deficiency as per B.E.Jorgensen.

Join us in honor of Jaxon’s Journey and give back to the Ronald McDonald House of the Greater Hudson Valley. The Ronald McDonald house made our NICU journey so much better by providing us with not only a place to stay so we could be with Jaxon as much as possible, but also with unconditional love and support. The Ronald McDonald house will forever hold a special place in our hearts, and I can’t wait to give back to this amazing organization. Hope you can join us!
Every step counts!! We as a family would love to help raise money for other families in need of a place to stay close to their little ones in time of needing health care...

Raising awareness for Apert Syndrome, a very rare genetic condition, and craniosynostosis. Donations will go to Cranio Care Bears, in honor of Brentley who recently lost his battle.
When Aaran was born I stayed at the Ronald McDonald House for 7 months. Because I was able to stay there I was able to be there everyday to be with Aaran and help him with his road to recovery. If not for the Ronald McDonald House I don't know what I would have done. Please help me and my family in supporting the house.
Ronald McDonald House has been invaluable to our family when we have been at Maria Fareri! It's an amazing place and we are so grateful for it!
When Bailey was almost 2 she spent a week in Westchester and the staff at the Ronald McDonald house was so helpful we could never repay them for their kindness in our time of need so this is our way to give back.
